Vitamin Supplement Personality Type #1: Does NOT Believe in Vitamins
The first "vitamin supplement personality" type does NOT believe in taking supplements. They may believe they get all they need from food or that vitamins create expensive urine. Regardless of why they think they don't need vitamins you need to know that they just don't!
Why?
Because if you start talking about USANA's high quality manufacturing or awards that the USANA products have won, they won't care. They don't care how good or great USANA is. They think all vitamins are not worth the money.
The "Why Do I Need Vitamins?" videos can help with bringing the person around to believing in vitamins and then to taking USANA. You have to show them evidence on why they need vitamins. Remember, you can use www.WhyDoINeedVitamins.com for unbranded videos that you can use for your customers.
Vitamin Supplement Personality Type #2: Does Believe in Vitamins
The second personality type believes in taking vitamins. You don't need to spend time telling them why they need vitamins or convincing them of that fact. Rather, you need to spend time on helping them see why USANA's HealthPak and Essentials are such superior products.
There's no perfect video or script to say. Before you explain the USANA Difference, you need to find out how they go about choosing a vitamin supplement.
The "What Vitamins Do I Take? How to Choose a High Quality Multivitamin" go over the most common reasons on how people choose supplements. Remember, you can use www.WhatVitaminsDoITake.com for unbranded videos that you can use for your customers.
Make Sure You Know the Two Types
Wouldn't it be great if you could just shove the HealthPak into peoples' hands and have them take it, fall in love with USANA, and become a customer? Yes it would... but things don't work that way. Giving out a HealthPak sample without knowing the person's "vitamin supplement personality" type will dramatically affect your results and conversion rate.
Do you consistently identify if a person believes or does NOT believe in vitamin supplements?

Hi, there is a problem with your link to whatvitaminsdoitake.com. It goes to whatdovitaminsitake.com, which is not a valid url.
ReplyDelete(I did get it to work by typing in the correct url manually.)
Also, what is the access code to submit on that page?
Thanks,
Deborah
Hi Deborah,
DeleteThe link is working fine for me. The correct URL is www.whatvitaminsdoitake.com
Are you sure it wasn't working for you?
An access code is unique to each contact for tracking purposes. Here's video that shows you how to get it:

Please note, that we're doing a major update to the contact system in the next few days. So training videos are coming out with that update.
I'll send you an email as well.
Chris
Right, what I'm saying is if I click the link in the black circle for whatvitaminsdoItake, it goes here:
DeleteServer not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.whatdovitaminsitake.com.
However, typing the correct url into the search bar does go there. Just wanted you to be aware of that. :)
Oh, I understand what you're saying now. Did not realize you were referring to the manual. Thanks for pointing that out. Got it updated now!
