USANA "Why" Stopping Downline Duplication?

A common theme in USANA training and MLM training is that if a distributor's "why" is big enough, they'll grow the business. And if they are not building the business, it's because their "why" isn't big enough.



The "Why" is Not 100% of building a USANA Business.


I have a pet peeve when leaders, personal development programs and training courses say it's all about the "why" and nothing else matters.  That's complete B.S.  In fact, I think it's an excuse by the person saying that so they can lay all the blame on the USANA Associate.  

What's easier for many people to do:
  • Spend hours, days and weeks training a USANA Associate or
  • Saying "Your why isn't big enough.  You need to work on it."
Now, I'm not saying the "why" doesn't matter.  It does.  But it's NOT 100% of the formula for building a USANA business.

You need the "how" as well for building a USANA business. You need to know how to talk with people, present the USANA business, handle objections, generate interest, enroll PC's and hundreds of other things.

At various points in your USANA career you'll need more "why" over "how."  At other times, you may need more "how."  So if someone tells you "Your why isn't big enough," then you need to ask them why they're saying that. 

If you have a people in downline and no one is building due to "why's" that aren't big enough, you need to look at your training and leadership skills. Are you teaching them the "how?"

I'm not sitting on my throne preaching down to you.  I've been there.  It took me a long time to figure out how to effectively train people.

USANA Mindset: Ready... Fire... Aim! Action Always Beats Perfection

Action trumps perfection when it comes to building USANA. Every successful distributor in MLM will agree with that statement. Are you taking action or preparing to prepare? Well, your USANA business isn't going to build itself...



USANA HealthPak and Essential Sampling Checklist

  • Learn the different approaches and Q&A.  Memorize it and role play with your upline to get it solid.

  • Create a promotion plan where you put one HealthPak on autoship each month and make it a goal to hand out 4 samples each month.
  • Make a plan.  How many PC’s do you want? How much will you sample?  Are you willing to invest in your business?
  • Put all your contacts into the Integritas Group System.  This will keep you organized and help your upline coach you.

Your upline is not a mind reader.  If you’re having trouble executing, let your upline know or speak out on the conference call.
