USANA Accountability: Road to Gold Activity Form FAQ's

Since releasing the Road to Gold Activity Form (which you access through your Integritas Group account by logging in -> Training -> Resources -> Miscellaneous -> Road to Gold Activity Form) we've received a few questions.

Question: "I don't have much to report, should I still fill it out?"

Answer: Yes! Even if you're reporting zero activity fill it out. It'll give an accurate report to your USANA mentor on what you're doing or not doing in your business. Reporting little or no activity is not fun for anyone and will anger you to not have future reports with little or no activity.

Question: "I’m focusing on other things that don’t really fit into the form. Do I still need to fill it out?"

Answer: Yes! More likely than not, what you're doing can still be reported on the form. If you're not sure how, please read the other questions or ask your USANA mentor to get an understanding on how to fill it out. Still fill it out and attach other notes or activities on another piece of paper.

Question: "I’m not sure what type of contacts to include in the 'Five a Day' section."

Answer: It's any new contact that you enter in the system or is automatically added by the system (such as a lead from a marketing website.) Some examples are friends you input into the system, new people you meet and input into the system, leads coming off of your website or another marketing website, and people who have called you off of an advertisement that you enter into the system.

Question: "I didn’t do my 'Target 2' from the previous week? What do I do?"

Answer: Under the "Target 2" section in the document, there is a line that reads "Who are the people who you have identified as "Target 2" in previous weeks and haven’t approached yet?" Put the people who did not contact from the previous week here. Do not 'recycle' your "Target 2" people from one week to the next. Your goal is to have at least two new "Target 2" people each week. If you're not connecting with your "Target 2" people it means there is something stopping with you. Make sure you work with your USANA mentor and discuss those people.

Question:  "I did my “Target 2” from the previous week. What do I do with them?"

Answer: They are either interested or not interested in learning more. If they are not interested in learning more about business or products, then cross them off your list and move on. If they are interested in the business or products, then you move them to your "Hot List" since they are in the Follow-Up or Close steps. If they signed up as an Associate or PC, then make a note of it in the "New Associates and PC's" section on the form.

Question:  "Can I 'target' more than two people?"

Answer: Absolutely! "Targeting two" people is the minimum you need to be doing on a weekly basis. As you improve your USANA skills, your business grows, and more contacts are your in pipeline, you should be 'targeting' more than two people each week.
