USANA Customer Acquisition: Getting Your Preferred Customer Going

USANA makes it very simple to get a person enrolled as a Preferred Customer (PC). Don't make the mistake of not knowing what to say or what information you get when someone is ready to become a PC. Learn and practice so you're ready!



USANA PC Enrollment: What You Need


There are two pieces of information you need to get someone on the products.  The shipping address (And billing if it’s different from the shipping) and a form of payment (Credit card or debit card).


Be direct and ask them, “Where do you want the USANA products shipped to?  How do you want to pay for that? Is the billing address on your card the same as the shipping?”

Many people have a hard time asking for the sale and people’s information.  Practice asking these questions if you’re one of those people.  Look in the mirror and ask until you get more comfortable.  Consider roleplaying with your upline or a fellow team member.  

Once you have the information thank the person and let them know it’ll be a few days until they get the product.  You’ll follow up with them in a few days to make sure they get it and are taking it!
