USANA Lead Cooperative Success Stories & Learning Experiences

I wanted share a couple of Lead Coop stories. Both are solid success stories, but I wanted to use them as a learning tool for all of you out there when contacting people particularly internet contacts.

First, one our coop members who is getting leads through our MLM Complete Package cooperative (which is only available to our own downline, Road To Gold Focus Group members and/or the Looking Over Our Shoulders Private Group).

This website assists other people in the network marketing community outside of USANA while building relationships with them (the idea being that a certain percentage of people could be looking for a new company down the road leading to strong future leads. Some will, some won't. Either way, it's good, because our members earn marketing credits for course sales to other network marketers while building relationships with them.) The marketing funnel starts with our book (currently an ebook order from our website, but this will be released on Paperback and Kindle very soon with a new MLMCompletePackage.com website facelift.)

So, one our coop members followed the training in the corresponding Marketing Method as well as strict compliance to our CRM Manual and used Integritas Group Contact Manager.

As a result, he got a lead from another MLM company who was a solid guy. He loves his company and that's fine, but you never know what could happen down the road and a relationship has been built. This coop member assisted the guy and he eventually purchased a $500 course package. Of that, this person gained $250 in marketing credits that are deposited into his Integritas Group account that is free marketing to market USANA through this lead coop, the Anti Suit Entrepreneur coop, or any future coop we release (we have product ones coming soon.)

The point is that he followed the methodology and it yielded results.

Second, we had a coop member who has been doing consistent marketing on our Anti Suit Entrepreneur coop which is awesome. So first, this marketing is yielding here leads from the direct traffic that she is doing with our marketing coop. But here's the cool part. One of her website visitors that is "tagged" to her bought the book on Kindle.

This contact started reading the book and at the end of each chapter, there's a homework assignment that requires the reader to go to a specific website page; they have to put their name, email, phone, etc. in order to get the information. This coop member's contact filled out several chapters. Now because of email problems and other issues (which is a common problem for people), he didn't get the homework; he emailed us and we sorted it out.

The point is that this is a strong contact who lives in Thailand and speaks English, because he is from the UK. Whether or not he decides to do network marketing some day remains to be seen, but this is a solid lead who is connected to the Anti Suit Entrepreneur concepts and could end up being a great international contact.

Now, the only breakdown with this lead as some follow-up issues with the coop member. The coop member found them on Facebook and tried to connect with them, but didn't call them (either through international phone or Skype), so the contact had to email us to get the problem fixed. This shouldn't have happened. If we had reached out, we would have known this contact was having the issue with the homework.

So, this story shows how powerful these contacts can be and also shows the importance of strict compliance to our CRM Manual and Integritas Group Contact Manager.

I have one other thing I will leave you with. One of the most common complaints I get with contacts is that people can't get the people on the phone or Skype in a conversation. My response is that I built my business with voicemail and emails. You have to reach out to people even if it's a voicemail, Skype message, email, Facebook message, SMS / Text or all of the above, because each these separate a weak these days because of all the noise out there. When you put each of these together, it makes the other more powerful. Leave a message referencing an email, text, etc. and suddenly that becomes more powerful. The more you follow-up (following the CRM manual), the more success you will have.

It's that simple.
