Don't Overlook Your USANA Customers!

A downline member called today and said, "Chris, I need help to figure out the best placement for a Rev 3 pallet order.  I have people begging me for some cases and I'm out!  I've been delaying orders because I wanted to use the volume to enroll a new USANA Associate..."

USANA Business Building: The Good!

  • Great job on sampling and getting people drinking USANA's Rev 3.
  • Great job on getting people "hooked" to where they are coming to YOU asking for more.

USANA Business Building: Areas for Improvement

  • You're "tripping over a dollar to get a penny!"
  • Giving away a USANA business or buying someone in is a recipe for disaster (Possible Exception: Platinum Pacesetter.)
  • You're neglecting your customers!
  • You're projecting to people (and your subconscious) that you're NOT serious about building your USANA business.)

USANA Business Building: Action Plan

  • Work with Jason and I closer (or get a mentor.)
  • Focus on developing "Customers for Life"
    • Following-up regularly (every 30 days)
    • Not running out of product (or at least stop delaying orders)
    • Provide the best customer service that you can

Looking Forward - Good News!

  • Not the end of the world!
  • You've done a great job on creating interest and demand - that's "half the battle."
